Hello and Welcome
Weston Hill Farm is a small, family owned and operated farm in upstate New York. Our small farm/homestead is located in the Helderberg mountains of upstate N.Y. When trying to describe our place, we often refer to it as a "farmstead". We feel Weston Hill is really a blend of a homestead and small farm.
On our farmstead we still raise vegetables, herbs, florals for our pantry and freezer and we dry many others for wonderful scented sachets, dried everlasting wreaths and dried herbs. We raise chickens for eggs and meat as well. We raise wonderful grass fed lamb for sale to our customers as well as for our own freezer .
My husband Chris,my son, Weston and myself (Eileen), raise purebred Border Leicester, purebred Romney and our beautiful Long Wool Cross sheep. We strive to produce fleeces, yarns, fiber art and wool products of the highest quality. Eileen is also known for her amazing and unique Fiber Art, both wet and dry. Christopher also is an avid photographer, and his work can be seen in the many beautiful snapshots of our farm.
